Wanted to increase living space to their downstairs to create a family living/dining/kitchen room and create room for an office, utility room and snug lounge.
We worked with them to create a single storey extension and re-jigged the complete ground floor layout by converting the garage to make space for the home office and utility. We removed the old kitchen to the front of the house to create the snug and in the new increased space to the rear of the property we created the new kitchen/living/dining space with a bespoke shaker style kitchen.
All new wiring and plumbing throughout and new family bathroom and cloakroom suites fitted. New stair rails, doors and architraves replaced throughout.
The existing staircase was separated off with a glass wall to keep light flooding through to upstairs. We also provided under stairs storage to this area.
